I'm going to try and NOT be mean to my own kind here ( adoptive couples/hopefuls) but, I want to give you a bit of RAW advice. It's nothing new or something that hasn't been said before by someone else- It's just time for a reminder- a reminder to your HEART... We had the honor of not just attending the wedding but, of being part of it! In open adoption, we have become each others' family in the most beautiful way! I really believe this is divine- us all meeting and becoming a pretty awesome family through adoptions. The boys were the Ring bearers and the girls the flower girls! They all did wonderful and it was fun to watch the boys start off with a good slow walk, then see Josh pull out the candy sticks, watch Slade start running and Gavin trying to hold him back! Both girls were a bit nervous but did fantastic and the ceremony was fun and beautiful. All of Sarah's family were so great to meet and I was able to even meet a few cousins who flew in from the east. Hoping to adopt! Thane & Annie are seriously fun and silly- You will never lack for a great time when you are with them! Ask anyone! And Annie's pictures do not do her justice- Gorgeous! I just want to steal her locks of loveliness too:) Have fun figuring these 2 love birds out!

Cool stuff happens to you. I believe things happen for a reason, in most cases and this last Saturday night, We went out for Joelle's Birthday to D Bar Desserts again! We noticed the dessert menu had a NEW item on it... wait... wasn't that the SPECIAL dessert Keegan made for me the very first time i came in and said i am needing something egg free? Why Yes it was! The "Citricle" is that dessert. So, i hollard at him to come over and i asked him if he remembered me and he said "yeah, i remember you" i pointed to the dessert and he said" Yep that's the one- i put it on the menu a few days later" We continued to talk with him for almost 20 minutes about life, marriage, kids, adoption and he told me he'd get us some passes to go behind the scenes and watch some of the Food Network Challenges-this summer.
