These are friends who are HOPING TO ADOPT now! Steve & Amanda Are ExtRa CoOl! Seriously, they did the Tough Mudder Race, are super healthy and LOVE the outdoors and their huge family! They are full of zest for life and love! Anyone would be so blessed to find these sweet peeps!

Today was one of those odd days ... The girls b-ball team i coach lost our first game since i've coached them and we got out of the tournament. We were missing one of our star players but, it makes no difference now. WE lost and it's okay. We will all go on and live our lives and learn from disappointment like everyone in the world does. We can't WIN all the time ( maybe Charlie Sheen can but, real people can't!) Anywho, after the Tourney we went to Colo. Springs to support our friends by sitting through an infertility seminar. Much of the info we already knew but, we learned great stuff nonetheless. Our friends are doing an embryo adoption and by us participating there today- they got to take off 100. per person who showed up! They had 32 people support them. We support all kinds of adoption and as much as I'd like to think about doing this, right now it just doesn't seem right for us. Is that you get to enjoy LOTS of cuddling! Watch TV shows you don't normally watch... fall asleep where ever and eat whatever you feel like eating ( let's face it- there is stuff that just doesn't sound good when you don't feel good- even if it's healthy for you) Play with your sister all day- make fake invitations to a fake party and experiment with Soda concoctions (B put mini robin's eggs candy in her soda and said she was doing a little science experiment ) and really, when you are coughing all day long- you can't go anywhere so, you get pretty creative. But Best of all you get to take LONG soaks in the tub every day- sometimes twice a day and have BUBBLES every time if you wish! Our tub is their FAV too! I am not feeling so hot either- let's hope this all passing quickly too. My girls have already missed 1.5 weeks of school. Thank goodness it's just preschool and we do a lot of stuff at home. Aria is getting much better at letter recognition...

read right here about adoption statistics. I've been soo busy editing photos lately. I have had little time to blog or even edit my own photos. I FOUND my LOST 4gb card ( finally so, i will have to post a few flashback fridays to play catch-up). I have been trying new recipes using NO EGGS or yeast , as my newly found allergies are something I'm conquering- one day at a time. waffles are awful without eggs but, pancakes are great! ( thanks to krusteaz and bisquick) i still need to find a good binding agent or egg substitute. The girls are LOVING the holiday season and are stoked for Christmas. My older brother , Todd, will be flying up here for Christmas and I am more than thrilled. Brandon is doing fabulous and selling the Dickens out of the homes here. Real estate has been treating him more than well. I always knew he'd LOVE this profession and he doesn't miss lending one bit!!! 'm very proud of my man! He' so incredible and so very driven.
