The Christian Crew

I can't believe he is already 7 months old... There went the Summer too.   Next week the girls start school . Both will be in Full day and we love our school! Aria got Brielle's teacher and we couldn't be happier about it b/c she is fabulous and an award winning as well! I had good intentions to post more and if it was my business- it would take more of a priority but, it's not right now. I still plan on having some great and informative posts once things slow down again ( if they ever do). Anyways, we have had fun doing swimming classes, playing, splash park, floating on the clear creek and much more. So sad that my friend moved back to Idaho again but happy for her family! Im looking forward to FALL and all it brings. Lots of visits, a couple weddings, another Trip to Disneyland & the Beach, school days and dance, piano and gymnastics classes for the girls. the boys and i will enjoy the parks, library story time, gym classes, biking , grandma Leslie, ...

WE'RE MOVING!!! only about 28 miles away! But, we are moving in one month to a great home with 3,600 sq. feet of living space, 7 rooms, 2 living rooms, walkout basement and deck, ranch style and space enough for us to have a dedicated foster kids room! So very blessed that the Lord has let this happen and things have fallen in place. I really feel this will be so wonderful for us. Yes, we will miss the new friends we have made ( but we will come to this area often for doctors appointments, temple trips, shopping etc) but, we are excited to see who the Lord has put in our path this time! For right now, we are moving over slowly stuff each weekend and in between we are getting stuff ready for FC. Can't wait to share more exciting news soon! From Brielle's Birth Grandparents this weekend! We are SOOO EXCITED! Phil & Dawn are so awesome and we love them like they were our own. They adopted us when we adopted Brielle! And we adopted all of Kara's Family! We love you all and can't wait to see you Saturday! PS . OPEN ADOPTION ROCKS!

SO, Lots has happened! Gavin is just about 3 months( new pics coming soon!) We have had such a great time with all the changes in our lives. Aria is officially an awesome big sister b/c she is so helpful and Brielle is getting better at being a big sister to both of them! Gavin in 10.4 lbs and 23 inches long ( VERY TALL/LONG for his age) He has been sleeping through the night since he was about 8 weeks and now sleeps from 7:30- 6:30 or longer each night! Brielle started KINDERGARTEN last week and Aria starts Preschool in a few weeks as well as what i'm working on with her at home! Brandon's Bro- Brian came into Town and they are out fishing today! Gavin went on his first hike and to his first MLB game too! Go Rockies! He slept through most of it too! I Ran with my friends and their friends in the WARRIOR DASH! I LOVED it and would so do it AGAIN! A girl Ran into our Car causing 1400. worth in damage. Everyone is fine and she got a jaywalki...

Last Sunday Our Little Aria Turned 4! We can't believe it! We have all kinds of FUN with this crazy girl who digs for worms in a leotard or dress up! She likes to say " Tend I'm a princess and you say_____" And she will tell you what to say or do! she LOVES to EAT MEAT and salad and anything sweet. She isn't fond of breads and the like. Aria always loves to cuddle and often falls asleep in ODD places like between the love sac and the TV stand, under a table, On a step,on the bathroom floor, half on her bed half off and so on! She CRACKS us up and we LOVE IT! We are happy to watch her grow but sad It's moving so quickly! LOVE YOU, SWEET BITTY GIRL!

It wasn't quite green enough to shoot the outdoor pics yet so, i will get them sooner than later but, here's a recap of Easter in our home! The Girls had a blast hunting for eggs INSIDE the house this year ( it got yucky outside) and they loved the toys and big treats( not pictured b/c they are strewn all throughout the house)they got this year! I regret the sticker books as they ended up all over the lamps and wood floors and we are still peeling them off! The girls were all about the CANDY anyway! And OF course, since they attend Christian School and we go to church- they Knew Easter is about Jesus and HIS Resurrection! I enjoyed Our Church that day and the girls were quite pleasant in Sacrament Meeting too. Aria was very cuddly and amused with the few eggs we let her bring with her. I enjoyed making there HUGE BOWS and hunting for their dresses and sweaters this year too. It seems finding a Good dress these days can be rather hard. Most are of poor quality or have funny co...

ARIA... as of late has been obsessed about riding her bike as much as possible (this is not her bike in the picture). She LOVES wearing a swimsuit or leotard around the house and often under her clothes when she can get away with it! She is so FUN and Silly and can be very HOT or COLD to you! She is a snuggle bug and a comic relief with her addictive giggles! Her tiny 34 lb. body is practically solid muscle and she is one tough girl who doesn't really back down from physical challenges! She will lose it if you give her a dirty look or talk rough though- or if she hasn't eaten in a while ( a little hypo like her momma)! She is the girl who GROWLS and play animals as well as dress up! Her favorite treats are Peeps and gummies! Her nicknames are Bitsy and Bitty Girl! We are so happy God brought her to our Family! She will be an awesome BIG sister to our future children when that time comes b/c SHE LOVES babies and animals! BRIELLE... is so full of Sweetness and Sass! She will ...

I can't believe i can still do some of this crazy shtuff!!! I may be almost 30 but, I'm not dead yet! ( plus i think 30 is still very young!) Elisabeth and Brielle LOVE the foam pit and rope but they can't climb it yet( neither can i) But, my friends can do it! Little Merich loved the pit! I got to babysit my friend's son for a day and HE was a riot! I even got to give him a faux hawk hair style! The girls thought having a boy around was fun but, they did say that his pee pee ( seen while changing diapers) looks like a worm. And once, Aria called it a tiny snake. Silly girls! Man, having a boy would rock our world in such a cool way! Here's to hoping, right? ( boy,girl, giraffe... we'd be ecstatic!) Aria is very serious on the beam ! She is getting pretty good at balance and strength stuff! Brinley ( in background) is getting some pointers! All my friends are doing cartwheels and very well i might add! But, I have to kick it up a notch with some aerial...

My Girls and I LOVE doing gymnastics! Brielle and Aria are so cute and are learning pretty well! Brielle has great balance so far and Aria has great muscle tone Brielle loves kicking, leaping and the beam. Not to mention she is very flexible ! Aria is feisty and LOVES doing everything but, especially is obsessed with just wearing her leotards! she is in a class with only one other girl but will be the lone little princess for a while b/c the girl just broke her arm ( not in gym) As for me... I did a workout at the gymnastics place yesterday and I'm so sore . I just want to curl up or sit in a hot tub! My balance isn't the same but, I can do some decent split leaps and jumps, I can still do a front hand spring and many other fun things. I fell off the beam too and gave myself a nice bruise on the inside of one of my knees! Guess I'm still trying to prove to my body that I'm not 29! I think I will do that type of conditioning every Tuesday and see if I can get my Aeri...

Normally, we go with our friends to the Nuggets Games. It's not like kiddos appreciate PRO athletes strutting their stuff but, we decided to take our girls and see what they thought of it all... Brielle liked the silly games people played on the breaks and the popcorn and candy . After that ran out- she kept asking for more and more. I'm not even sure she knew it was a basketball game! Aria was mostly concerned with the dancers and their many outfits. She asked me once why they were wearing their underwear ( referring to a sport bra top) and one time,s he said pajamas ( really baggy pants and sports bra top again as they did dancing for TAG TEAM - Man, those dudes are old now but, still, it was 90's week and so much fun!) Brielle loved rocky and i HATE my camera phone in moments like this! B would yell for Rocky even if he was on the opposite side of the court. Lucky, we are dear friends with this busy mascot ! Brielle's friends came to celebrate her 5th B-day with her. They made Hair flowers , danced around, then sat down to a fancy tea party ( some of kids took the princess thing to the extreme too) then a SPECIAL VISITOR CAME ! Sleeping Beauty! Brielle was totally in shock but, very happy and excited to see her. She said " how did you know to come to my party?" Many hugs were given throughout the event. ( and B's dress beat hers hands down- go Disney parks line:) She read stories and played games and took many pictures... and the kids got necklaces and rings and crowns too! Then it was time for cake fit for a QUEEN!( and of course ice cream) Luckily, it was chock- FULL of butter cream fondant and butter cream icing which the kids went to town on! Next time though, skipping the fondant and just adding cute marshmallow fondant details to butter cream. And she BLEW out a Fiery Crown with her tiny little blow! And all the kids had a blast and went home full of tre...

I'm finally catching up on pics! Bu, it has taken me a while so, i will be doing some FF's to speed everyone up.. Today we will highlight Brielle's School Holiday program from December! Brielle had a speaking part and she did it perfectly in her tiny, sweet voice! And she played a song with bells and did a great job too! at the end of the program SANTA walked in the room as a surprise to all the kids! He was a COOL Santa and Brielle knew- he was one of Santa's Helpers b/c his whiskers weren't real! Aria took forever to warm up to him but, finally did! Me and Dara sitting on the Fat mans lap! You can tell Aria is still a tad leery! But Not Brandon!!!! I have the funniest Hubby ever! Unfortunately, in the whole program not one actual Christmas Song was sung about the REAL meaning of the Season... Christ's Birth.
